  I am older and wanted a place to heal my body emotionally and physically after the loss of a family member and an increase in weight. This place fit the need. I only go once a week but the class on Thursday mornings is wonderful. Samantha gears to your needs and body, helps with poses, begins with essential oils and meditation. The staff acts like they remember you when you walk in and everyone of the instructors has been friendly and helpful. Been sore but never injured.
