  I was so frustrated at the time it took to get my material. My first call took over 45 minutes to get a live person and to get an answer for something they said they had in stock. I placed my order, and gave them my credit card so I could just come and pick up material the next day.
  When I got there (the next day) they didn't have my order ready. I asked to speak to the salesperson again, and had to wait for another half hour!
  When the salesperson finally got to the counter, they apologized, and then started over with me. I told him that we did all that the day before, and that my material was supposed to be cut and ready for me to pick up now.
  Once again I got an apology from the salesperson, but still processed a new order.
  I left for lunch, and came back about an hour later, and you guessed it, not ready still.
  About 20 minutes later the salesperson came back out, and apologized again. A few minutes later a shop employee showed up with my stuff.
  I was amazed at the disorganization of this place, and the long time it took to do a simple order.
  Never again. I will find another plastic place.
